OWNER, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR AND INSTRUCTOR
 Ms. Becky Nootenboom, a.k.a. Miss Becky, is your new Artistic Director and will be teaching and choreographing, during the 2008/09 dance season. Miss Becky is a fully certified ADAPT teacher and brings twenty-two years of experience with her.
OWNER, COORDINATOR FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mrs. Victoria-Lee Pino, a.k.a Mrs. Pino, will be your new coordinator for business operations. Mrs. Pino is a former professional dancer with Ottawa Rough Rider Sun Girls and brings twelve years of dance experience with her, as well as has an extensive background in business/finance.
INSTRUCTORS
Melanie McNamara (F) B.A.T.D. Mrs. Melanie McNamara is a Fellow
member and registered teacher (in ballet, tap, jazz & modern) of
The British Association of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.), with over
15 years of teaching experience. Seven years ago she achieved her Fellowship
Qualifications, the highest certification any dance teacher can achieve.
She has a 3 year diploma in Business Administration. Mrs. McNamara is
also an Adjudicator and has travelled to provincial dance festivals
to judge this country’s up and coming talent.
Carol Bachelu (M) B.A.T.D. Ms. Carol Bachelu is a full member
and registered teacher (in Stage[Tap/Modern]) of The British Association
of Teachers of Dancing (B.A.T.D.), who was trained at the Ottawa Dance
Academy. With over 15 years of dance experience Ms. Bachelu specializes
in adult programs.
Christina Danielewski (A) C.D.T.A. Miss Christina Danielewski
is a graduate of the three year Dance Program from Cambrain College,
Sudbury, ON. She is an Associate member of the Canadian Dance Teachers
Association in Jazz and Tap. She brings with her over 5 years of teaching
experience in Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop.
Miss. Julie Joinette
Miss Julie Joinette received her dance training in the Ottawa
area in the disciplines of ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre and hip
hop. She brings with her over 12 years of dance experience and 4 years
teaching experience. Miss. Joinette is also a member of the Hip Hop
troupe Driven.
Tammy Leach (A) C.D.T.A. Miss Tammy Leach is a graduate of
the three year Dance Program from Cambrain College, Sudbury, ON. She
is an Associate member of the Canadian Dance Teachers Association in
Jazz and Tap. She brings with her over 17 years of dance experience
and 5 years of teaching experience. She has studied the disciplines
of ballet, tap, jazz and modern. Her specaility is teaching young children
and teens.
Melissa Rodrigue (A) B.A.T.D. Miss Melissa Rodrigue has over
15 years of dance training the disciplines of ballet, jazz and tap and
received her senior dance training at Step by Step. Her dance studies
included dancing as a competitive dancer. As well, she was selected
to compete at the prestigious Canadian B.A.T.D. Scholarships. Miss Rodrigue
is a graduate of Ottawa U with a degree in Health Sciences.
